My name is Mohammed Shafiq, I am from Hosur, Tamil nadu. I have joined a course in EV design and development in feb’2023, for doing admission process itself they took lot of time and after all the process they assigned me the wrong course link. they again for changing the track they took some more days. Then assigned me course link. A I was attending the class with a hope that with in 3months i will get a job and get settled, but unfortunately i got some family issues and cannot able to pay my course fees, as I am getting very less salary I cannot able to pay the fees. I requested my counselor that sir I have some personal issue I cannot able to continue the course, He told i will inform to my team they will get back to you, but still I have not got any call from their side and then i texted my counselor in whatsapp to check what is the update, he told I am trying, after that if I text also he is not responding and there is no any reply from their side. I am getting back to back calls from the Eduvanz finance company to pay the EMI, i told them sir I have some personal issues i cannot able to pay the amount and also i am going to cancel my course too, they told first pay the EMI then you do what ever you want.
I want to cancel my course and cancel my EMI, Please sort out this issue as soon as possible.
