Dear sir/madam
Iam jins from kerala, at first the sales team convinced to take the course. And that time i also said about my financial background.
After initial process without my knowledge they started loan process through eduvanz. That time iam asking this process they told me that it is a initial stage don’t worry about that.
After completion of process they don’t contact me and not guided me through the course and I don’t get the access of the course. Then iam contacted them what is process they told me i will send through mail. But they didn’t send any, i regularly contacted them but they ignored me.
Then the emi due also came the eduvanz team contacted me and come to home and they told me to pay the remaining amount. That time i didn’t get any idea.
Then iam immediately contacted the sales concern person i told for proper communication and without course access how can i pay my emi.
Then I raised course cancellation request but they are not responding, after next day one executive called me and told me that i have to pay the remaining amount. Then i told them no i request to cancel my course and loan process. Then they told raise ticket, then the support team will contact you.
After that the support team contacted me through phone call they are trying to convincing me to take the course. So i told no sir i just want to cancel loan and course. Then they told me there is no cancellation policy.
But in that time of joining they didn’t mention there no cancellation policy. I repeatedly asked before the initial process there is any problem arise i will cancel. They agreed that time. But currently they told me there is no possible for course cancelation.
The eduvanz team continuously calling me for and harassing me by saying our executive will visit residential address for collecting emi.
So help me for cancel the course and loan from skill lync and eduvanz. Please help sir.

Don’t pay single paise same problem for me also harrassing me too they are cheating in the name of education
They cheated me in another way i am also from kerala.i think we have to inform this media with proof.even i proved i am cheated they are not ready to give cancellation.
File a consumer complaint legally with all your proofs never let them they are fraud cheating people destroying students life in the name of education they must be punished
They will try to convience you instead sorting issue.if you want to move legal there are many in my contact who are willing.just comment here.
