Track number F30576427 , DTDC courier not received till date from 6th January status showing as out for delivery and suddenly on 10th January they updated the status against 7thjanuary that receiver not available. As in the current situation we are working from home and did not receive any call from that delivery guy also.
Also contacted customer care many times , still no action taken .
We are paying high charges for poor service .
