I used Delhivery courier to ship my product to Bangalore from Chennai.
I arranged a pickup and it was completed on 6th May, Till now the product is not delivered. The destination is only few hours away. It has been almost a month and I am not getting full explanation from Delhivery customer service.

This is a product that I am returning to Byju office in Bangalore. They are processing a return of Rs.80000 (eighty thousand) which I am like to lose because of huge unbelievable delay.
