I couriered my article through portar on 23rd October and it’s delivery date is showing 29th October but somehow due to festival season it’s got changed to 31st October, but still shipment is not delivered, and when I ask with portar about the shipment they said that it’s reach to the destination hub but as such no updates have been made on tracking link, they have to fulfill this order by xpressbees but from.past two days I am following up on my shipment through various channels like Call, mail instagram , X but they are not giving me an adequate response like my ask is simple if you are not able to deliver please provide me a hub address show I pick that order from there, but from past two days they are not able to give that address
