As I have purchased Boult Audio W40 from FLIPKART it damaged after 6 months. So I have sent it for repair or warranty claim . So I have sent it by courier through Indiapost . So after uploading the recipet on the given link by Boult I have got a reply after 3 days to claim the Amount. So for that I received a voucher. Then received this message Congratulations Amit Abhijeet Chandan ! We have successfully verified your verification code 8DDEFAB565. You will receive your Rs 100 Cashback within 48 hours. TNCs Apply. After that till now I have not received any amount. So after calling 2 times to the customer service same reply is coming there is technical issue from our Financial team. So it’s confirmed that there will be no refund. Today it’s 12 September.552 hours passed but no refund.
