I have had used the coupon which was provided to me instead of replacement of my product in warranty period.

But unfortunately the courier company did not deliver the product on my address.

And the newly placed ordered was returned to your warehouse.
And I was given update for the same regarding the refund of paid amount and coupon code.

And I had already raised a complaint about the refund. But not getting proper and complete response.
Please check and give updates on the refund of my coupon.

Please do the needful. I’m waiting for your response since long time with patience.

Hope you understand my issue and resolve it completely. So I’m free from typing mails again and again to the company.
