Text of Complaint by Ankur:

Being a black customer and have family plan & braodband connections.

[email protected] and dedicated customer team is useless and pathetic they don’t have any clue and provide wrong info. Airtel charged the 1499 for amazon membership but its not working in amazon account. Amazon asked Entitlement Id and 2 times Airtel team provided my wrong partner entitlement id which were activated to some other account.

Hell Airtel, very disappointed and they don’t reply on mail on time. 4-5 days has been passed and no fix.

Customer care 198 team is so pathetic and no access to fetch the information, they kept customer on hold for very ling time.
