Sir,I purchased realme pad 2(6 128 LTE) on 5 November 2023,but after used a few months my tablet shown auto touch working problem.so I visited service centre in prayagraj on 2 September and submitted my tab, after one week I revisited service centre,he told me your device parts are destroyed that why provide you could code and you purchased a new tablet..but sir approx 18 day passed doesn’t provide coupon code.
