I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning experience I had following a promotion I received at the Phenix Mall in Indore on 9th August 2024. On that day, I received free coupons for a vacation package, and as was requested, I provided my mobile number.
The following day, I was contacted by representatives who visited my home. During their presentation, two salespersons dressed in suits pitched a comprehensive plan that offered 56 nights of stays at various locations across Asia over a period of five years, along with freebies including ₹40,000 worth of flight tickets and a 30% discount on food and cab bookings.
After careful consideration and under the influence of the enticing offers presented, I proceeded to make a payment of ₹142,800 via credit card with an EMI option to enroll in the package.
However, after completing the transaction, I conducted further research online to check for reviews regarding offerings, and I was disheartened to discover a plethora of negative feedback regarding the services and experiences from previous customers.
I sent an email regarding the cancellation of my package and a request for a refund of the amount paid. Unfortunately, I have not received any response to my inquiry, which I find quite concerning.
Additionally, I have attempted to contact your sales team multiple times via phone, but I have yet to receive any answer or acknowledgment of my calls. Given the circumstances, I would appreciate your urgent attention to this matter.
