I took 5 years membership plan in 2021 by paying 98000/-. Paid AMC @8000/- per year for 3 years. I availed 2 complimentry offers after a lot of humiliation at reception of hotels as we have to stand their at reception for 3-4 hours just to get check-in. CHIS never pays for your bookings to the hotel on time and guest has to suffer.

I needed holiday to Kashmir for me and my family. I thought of using my membership nights but they said that the location is inactive. Though I was constantly in touch with Ms. Neha over phone and she assured that she will provide booking for kashmir. She took AMC for 3 years, showed me two 5 star properties there and after payment she refused to give any booking. She also threatened my husband that she will make sure no booking will be given to us. She accepted that her company is meant to only hatch Money from innocent person and not giving services.

Now after kashmir, I thought of using my membership for Delhi and nearby, I mailed CHIS regarding this. They said 2 days reservation is not possible because of peak season. I said give me one day only. No reply from their side.
Then I made a complaint at a foram. Now they are forcing me to mark my complaint as resolved then they will confirm my booking. I know that they are not going to give me any dam service but I would like to make Complaint against them again and again till my death.
They are gundas, gangsters, harassing people and looting money from them
