I took membership of CHIS (CHISHARDL1006466) in 2022 and paid INR 1 Lac for 5 years plan. Whenever you go to ask services from them their customer care/reservations is pathetic and works oneway. I just took one vacation planned with them in 2022. Didnt plan anything with them in 2023 because of their painful booking/reservation process. In 2024 when I went to them again for availing vacation they asked me to pay INR 28000/- for annual maintenance of 2023 and 2024. They rigorously followed up with me till I paid. Once I paid they took their own luxury time to confirm me the venue and after 1month of my booking when my vacations were nearing they send me mail asking me to choose from some other options as my choosen venue is not available anymore. Multiple calls and mails to their reservation team, they closed my request unilaterally. When I reached out to their customer care , they just passed on my ticket from one person to another. No body is actually concerned to resolve the issue. No proactive calling, nothing. I just requested them that either confirm me the same venue which was confirmed to me or else return my 28000/- INR and I am done with CHIS. My 1Lac is down the drain but still return my 28000. They dont provide any services and when i ask my money back they are saying its non refundable. There is absolutely no one who can resolve customer issues.
I request consumer court to order CHIS to return my INR 28000. 1Lac they can keep, this is a fraud company and I would not recommend this to anyone. This is a big level scam ongoing and Court should intervene and stop this looting.
