I am Aman , my mother had purchased a membersh of Country Holidays Inn & Suites ( CHIS ) in 2018 paying an amount of 1,50,000/- ,. Also at the time of purchase I was told to pay an amount of rs 7000 + GST as AMC . In the last 5 years I was never asked to pay this AMC but now all of a sudden when i tried to book the hotel they started aksing me to pay the entire 5 years AMC altogether which is almost twice of the actual amount what I am actually supposed to pay ( 11800 x 5 years ) . In the last 3 years I have only availed the service once , Firstly due to covid & secondly due to lack of good property options offered by them . This is a bogus company and is looting the hard earned money of customers and the representative named “Mukesh” even threatened us
