Hi,My name is kalyan and I got a call and given lot of promises. I said we are from middle class family but they given false promises by showing offerings mainly land of 150 sq yards they said it will cost 5 lakhs and they said they are offering discount for 2.5 lakhs. But the fact is land cost is 500 rs per sqyard. After that they said we no need to pay money but later their torchered with additional charges . in beginning they said function halls are free for members and they said they will waive off annual charges as I paid site seeing charges 4000 rs which they charged additionally. Every time I am disappointed by their services and I didn’t receive member ship cards and they said courier issues. Finally I received cards by hand after going to their office, which looks very cheap and no standards.
After that I asked them for functional hall before 4 weeks but they are not picking my calls. One day manager picked my call and said he will do all arrangements but no response and keep post pounding. Still I did not receive my land documents. Plz aware of these fraudsters.
