Text of Complaint by Yatharth Jain:

The below false information provided by your executive:

1. Firstly they told me that they have more than 1000 properties with category 4-5 stars owned by the country club and when I checked they have limited properties at limited destinations and property category is 1-2 stars.

2. They told us, using their membership, we can avail breakfast and dinner facilities at their properties for only 630 Rs but in 70-80% of their properties no breakfast and dinner facilities are available.

3. They mentioned we can use their gym membership and they also have their associated gym in wagholi also but they don’t have any associated gym in wagholi.

4. They told us AMC charges 6000 rs inclusive of GST and in the app it shows 7080 rs and AMC only needs to pay while using their properties . If you are not using their properties, no need to pay AMC. But when I discussed it with my friends they told me we will be getting continuous calls from customer care for AMC.

5. They told us we can rent our holidays week from day 1 after taking their ownership but now they are saying we can rent our holidays after one year.

6. I have read a lot of negative reviews about you that you are not genuine and you are looting customers. You had done the same thing with many of your customers and never provided services to them.

7. I have been told that the transaction is done through no cost EMI but when I asked citi bank about no cost EMI, they told me the merchant has not communicated to them about no cost EMI.

8. During booking they told us we can book any property during any season and now they are saying for booking any property we need to tell them before 15-20 days.

9. They told us we can borrow next year’s holidays and use this year and maximum of 4 week(6n 7D) we can use in a year but that is not true. In the app we are eligible only for one week leave in a year. After completing one year, we are eligible for 2 W leave.

10. Most important point about utility charges, they never mentioned utility charges during meetings and now they are introducing it.

Now in every aspect you have done fraud with me and for this you have to bear consequences. Waiting for your kind response.

At last the one person called and asked me for payment and in return to waive off all previous amc and will give all the holidays of previous years
But now on their site my holidays are still not activated

I want my refund back
