I purchased Ocederma Sunscreen Lotion from Amazon (Order #407-5118755-3884328) which was delivered to me on December 24, 2021. On May 27, 2022, I received a mail from Amazon stating that the product I received from a third-party seller is likely not an authentic OCEDERMA product. Though refund was given to me, I had used that product on my facial skin in January 2022 itself.
I’ve been ordering this product from Amazon for the past one year as it was prescribed by my dermatologist for my skin condition. Because of the long delay on part of Amazon to intimate about the counterfeit nature of the product, I ended up using it for one full month on my face.
Though it is a mistake on the part of Amazon to list a counterfeit seller, their customer care did not respond to me properly.
I would like to seek adequate compensation for whatsoever damages the counterfeit product has done to my skin.
