I purchased an MARQ 18 LTR OTG for Rs. 2399/- from Flipkart dated 24.10.22 & the same was delivered dated 02.11.22.I purchased the product, after I come confirmed the details about the product and also when I saw that the product can be RETURNED. Accordingly when I received the product, there was some minor electrical fault and hence I tried to made a request for return of the product through the FLIPKART APP. But to my dismay everytime when I tried for return, there was n error message in the app “DUE TO SOME TECHNICAL ERROR THE RETURN PROCESS CANNOT BE DONE”. Accordingly, i made a telephonic request to the customer care of Flipkart and informed about the issue and an ISSUE was raised.
Now after more than 15 days the return is not yet accepted and everytime customer care people calls and extend the resolution dates. This has been happening for the past one week now. Th latest call of extension of date was made on 13 11.23.
This has been a traumatic experience and my amount of Rs. 2399/- is stuck with Flipkart for more than 15 days now.
