Hey firstly trying ur all numbers for customers care to complaint . I want to talk to customers care but couldn’t reach there is no option coming that can i talk to or explain problem i am facing. Why it is so difficult i process talking to customers care. Yesterday i have recharged my number i got the message of successful recharged. But still i couldn’t make a call keep telling insufficient balance. I am facing problem in calling. Amount deducted from my account. Still i haven’t be able to make call. If such customers services will be provided i will port my number to another company.
