We r not able to contact customer care… N Tata sky charges for toll free number… How can you charge for toll free number that too when we r not able to connect to you… We r not getting our problem solved infact we r not able to contact you still we have to charge to call customer care.. why so???
Why one should give charges for not even being contacted to customer care???
