Dear Sir / Mam,

We are facing major issues on Airtel line and raised complaint ticket multiple time but there is no responses.
My business support is loosing since we are in WFH scenario. I could not support by using this service.
While schedule call with client, completely disconnection is happening and could not make it.
I am a major tech support team in RRD corporate office. It is very critical now.
As per the government regulation, we are following and taking permission to work at home.  But could not service since the airtel service line issue
Kindly take it as priority basis.
