I m the customer of jio service.Now I want to PORT my number to another telecom services.So,I tried to send sms for port,I received sms reply from BSNL like “UPC cannot be generated as there is an active request for the change of ownership for this number.” Later I made a call to jio customer care they said problem solve and go to network service which you wish to port,then I went to service centre and try to port but not generated same sms reply from BSNL is received.Today 1st Jan 2024 I made complaint against jio service to make a UPC code for port.
