Text of Complaint by LAVANYA:

I could not access  nternet from yesterday though i have recharged with 399 rs pack from airtel app. i launched a complained yesterday via customer care and it asks to complaint via airtel thanks app for which internet is required. when i connected via wifi it says to putt off wifi to run diagnostics. And when wifi is shut down ir requires intertet to access. really frustrating app, no proper response from customer care. PLEASE DO ADDRESS THE ISSUE AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE.
