Text of Complaint by Shameem:

Hi,

I am a jio costumer i have a jio number. It’s been only 2 day the my recharge is finished. The costumer care  is calling me and saying that i have to recharge otherwise he will block my number and allot to any other.

How could he do that?

My number is registered in my bank, office and all the necessary financial things. How can he even think that.

Please take appropriate action or let me know if i have to complaint this at any other platform.
