I purchased an ro in April 2022 from Amazon with customer I’d 1017277902, but till now I have registered complaints many times in just last 3 months , everytime it stopped working. Now from last 1 week I raised req again for service as Purifier is not working, but still no one called to come. I called technician names Sohal pal assigned, he said he dont have time to come. This is ridiculous. How a person can be so casual in attending services. Even I complaint in Aquaguard to replace the product, but no response is received. This is a fraud and should be banned . I suffered loss of 11000 with this. Even at the time of installing the product, I.e free as mentioned, but the technician charged 1000 rs and refused to issue slip for it. Perfect example of corruption even at every level in aquaguard.
