Here in chas government wine shop and the one located in dundi bazar are charging 10 rupees extra per bottle . When asked them the reason of extra charging for liquor . Their reply is that excise department ko dena padta hai. Moreover they don’t accept online money. They ask for cash . They mainly ask for cash so that they can save 10 rupees per bottle.
