i lost my airtel postpaid sim a few days ago so i went to check post chas to get a new postpaid sim of same number .I carried my id proof along with me.The employee of that service centre charged me rupees 100 for a new sim of same number .but later on i came to know that company only charges rupees 25 for a new sim if old sim got lost Even i also got message a day later from airtel after activation of new sim that your sim change request accepted and you charge 25 rupees for it then why employee of that service centre charged me 75 rupees extra??
