I have recharged my d2h account on 28th of November but the tv will still show that my account has insufficient balance. Today is december 7th but my TV still shows the same message. I have called the customer care more than 20 times now but they I got no help from them. Everytime I call them they ask me to send them a mail with the payment reference number. I did the same for 5-6 times but didn’t get any response. They accepted that I have made the payment but they still won’t reactivate my account. Nobody is helping and I am literally fed up now of calling the customer daily but hearing the same things.
