Biju Patnaik University of technology, Odisha is employing manpower through a manpower supply agency i.e., M/s Z Plus Surakhya Seva, Bhubaneswar. Though the manpower supply agency is getting full payment from the University end, it is not giving full payment to its employees who are working in the University through the organisation. It is deducting almost Rs. 4000/- from each person’s salary who have been employed by it in the University.
