Dear Sir,
I bring to your kind notice that Our above service no meter was Defective(Display Off ) in the month of Sep-19 due to this meter reader bill not provided at the reading time and collected average metered Units for sep-19 & oct-19 of previous reading and paid Rs.1852/- , 1852/- for the same months.
After informing Line incharge Mr;Raju( Raghavendra colony) Meter Replaced in the month of Oct-19 meter reader provide for normal bill of consumed units. Dec-19 billing shown arrear charges of 2884/-.
After enquiring concern authority at krishnareddy peta office they said un billed units of defective meter raised from Meter testing lab Rs 2884/-
In this regd our objection is below after observing all the details
- You have collected average bill of 304 units for Sep-19,Oct-19 period of defective meter. Actual consumption Reading not provide for the reason of Defective.
2 . Again you have billed in Dec-19 as arrears Rs.2884/-in the name of unbilled defective meter.(after Lab testing)
In view of the above double billing, I enquired and approached your office for billing rectification number of times physically and approached throw phone authorities also observed the same and assured it will be corrected in next month bill. but after 5 months of roaming around you finally said it can’t be possible to rectify, charges are raised by Laboratory.
Request you to pl’s verify once again from your end to Correct the laboratory billed units or rectify our average billed units for the period of defective on basis of yearly average consumption is monthly Below 300 Units from last 12 month’s.
