Dear executive,
Seems there are some changes made to existing IR packs in the last few days. I have recharged for my own mobile number (+91-9652788276) with 3997/- on 09-Dec-2018 (Second time recharged in UAE) and using Airtel services in UAE.
I have suggested my brother to purchase a new Airtel sim as he was traveling to UAE, he managed buy a new sim from Chennai (number is +91-9500108146) and I have recharged the number +91-9500108146 on today i.e. 12-Dec-2018 with 3997/- from Airtel money of my number (+91-9652788276). But this time as the IR pack for UAE got changed from 3997/- to 3998/- he was unable to use Airtel services.
He has main balance in his account, we request you to kindly deduct the remaining amount as per the UAE tariff and help us continuing the Airtel services.
As this is not a small amount that I can ignore, we request you to kindly sort this out ASAP.
FYI : We have also raised a service request CEXCL21212695020 but no action taken as of now.
