I am Sandhya Mishra resident of Vill-Deoki, chhapra, post-Raniganj Bazar dist-
Ballia
sir my electricity account number is 741818421877 which is registered in
Purvanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited. My account is running for 3 years, its
electricity bill comes from 150 to 300 per month. In the month of October
2021, 1200 is showing in which 225 units have been consumed. Sir, I have got a
meter for reading, but electricity connection is not given in it. So the question
arises that when the meter is not running then how is the 225 units being
consumed? Sir I have lodged complaint many times in nearest power house
and pvvnl customer care centre regarding meter not working. But I didn’t get
any positive response. sir I complained to your pvvnl customer care centre for
my bill rectification but I didn’t get any solution for my problem.
In the end, being compelled, I have complained to the National Consumer
Court, whose docket number is 3056646. And if my problem is not solved, I will
continue to take legal action for it.
