Since Airtel has revised their prepaid plans from 26th Nov, 2021. I did an early recharge and so mentioned in the details, this validity will start once my older pack validity gets exhausted. But, they activated my new recharge pack from the date of recharge itself. I’ve attached the snapshot of the details. It is clearly mentioned “Validity starts post current pack expiry”. I initially thought it’s a bug in Airtel Thanks app. But, upon clarification with customer care, they told me this do not works this way. I feel like fooled and cheated, the reason I’m logging this complaint against Airtel. Please help me get a resolution at the earliest. Thanks
