Text of Complaint by Chintan Patel:

Dear Sir/Mam, I am Chintan Patel from Aprica Healthcare Ltd. from Ahmedabad.

We have 22-25 corporate postpaid connections in Airtel from last 3-4 years.

My mail id is [email protected] & my mobile no is 9574851792 which is registered from day one for all our corporate connections but in every time company rejecting our request of users due to wrong mail id update from their end and many times we have mailed and submitted documets but each and every time we are facing issues. Many times i had mailed to enterprise mail id but no response received and when responses i am getting in this they are mentioning that this mail id already updated but request when we are processing that time its rejecting.
even no relationship manager allocated to us for our services issue by being corporate account.

we are really fed up from Airtel services.
