Respected Sir/Madam,
I undersigned Mr. Apurba Kumar Saharia, the proprietor of “Swastika Teleservices” got a service contract from my customer “Sterlite Power Transmission Ltd” vide service order no. 8430002551 on 2/6/2019. This service order was sent to me on 5/6/2029 from Mr. Lalit Barapatre(Mobile no-9733581406 & 7217843017, email id: lalitshamrao.barapatre@sterlite.com).
“Sterlite Power Transmission Ltd” is the corporate vendor of Powergrid corporation of India Ltd.
During the service work period my entire labor team had to sit idle for 48 days due to non availability of materials (to be supplied by the customer) and other issues like ROW, non clearance from the customer’s end etc. As per the contract agreement I had, with “Sterlite Power Transmission Ltd”, the idle charge per manpower per day is Rs-600. This clause is mentioned in point no-2.2.1 of the service order. It’s been almost more than 1.6 years that I have been following up with them for the payment but nobody is responding to me at all and they simply replied over mail that they are not going to pay me the idling charge. I have all evidence like labor attendance sheet signed by the site engineer, the whats-up conversation between me and the project-manager of “Sterlite Power Transmission Ltd”, Mr- Sandeep Choudhury(Mobile no-9800004741, e-mail ID: sandeep.choudhury@sterlite.com) .
I claimed the amount of Rs-698088, through the invoice no: STS/SPTL/004
