My brother had booked a Tour Package (6N/7D) in March 2023 from Deepak Tomer – Corheaven Tour Services Private Limited, for a group of Six, including Four Elderly.
Tour Package costed INR 148000 which included Hotel (Breakfast & Dinner), Transportation (Helicopter & Taxi). my brother had to pay INR 124700 as an Advance Payment.
As the Tour commenced in April 2023, things started falling out of place. I got the Hotel Accommodation on Day 01 & Day 02 only after a hassle. Nothing went along as per the Tour Package.
I was denied the Refund for the Tour Package. I have the Bank Record of the Payments made over UPI to Deepak Tomer – Corheaven Tour Services Private Limited.
This is an Absolute Case of Fraud. I’m yet to get the Refund for the Tour Package.
I talked with him over phone, he told that we was in police station whole night thats why he is not picking the phone, he promised to pay the due, but after one month he not picking our phone, be aware of such fraud, now we decide go through court, be aware of such kind of fraud,
