I am N.Vijaya Dharani i have applied for work from home in core enterprises and got assigned work of typing 10000 captcha entires in 10 days. As i am student and the government had declared our exams . I couldn’t submit my work. And as per the agreement i had paid 6900 and extra 8500 for the cancellation of my agreement nd they promised that i wouldn’t have any further issue. But they called me again saying i need to come to court with my advocate and sign the noc orelse i need to pay 10910. I got loan from my friends to pay the cancellation fees and i can’t pay anymore fee. And either this payment of 10910 was not mentioned in agreement or that i need to come to court but now they are threatening me of filing a case on me under section 420 saying i need to pay the dues of the company when i had already paid 6900 and 8500 rupees .
