Dear sir,
I have ordered for 1 ton Panasonic Ac with 5 star rating from Flipkart, it got delivered on 16 july 2023, when i told the delivery person to open the box they said if we open it then you cont recover the warranty. so we kept the packing as it is without touching it then next the installation person of panasonic company came to install the Ac and informed us that copper wire was missing… i have complained to flipkart customer immediately they said they will solve the issue . but after that i nearly called them 7 times still my issue was not resolved but app showing that my complaint got resolved. please take action and and provide replacement of my AC along with copper wire.
