I have purchased an ac from flipkart on 26th April which got delivered on 29th April. While installing the product on 7th may by the Jeeves technician, he reported that the installation pipes were missing. So, I raised a return request to the customer care on the same day, i.e. 7th may. And due to the missing items installation was not completed. Till now I didn’t get any resolution for the request and the temperature are increasing day by day. I have tried to reach the support several times they are just taking time, wait for another 24 hrs like that. I have mentioned to the support each time that please highlight the issue but still no hope. Neither flipkart is replacing my product nor they are providing the installation pipes.
As my installation was not completed so don’t know whether the product is in working condition or not, it might be the case that product is also defective, not working. But I have paid to flipkart 28740 for this product including all accessories.
The concerned team was supposed to contact me on or before 10th may with the best resolution, but till now they have not contacted
