Hello Sir,

I want to register a complaint about airtel

I was in pune

And i reached to the airtel office to register issue of my frnds network

Ag there airtel employees forced me alot to convert my sim into postpaid

I regret but they did

After 2 month of usase

They incresed my charges

199 plan now im getting 299 plan everyonth

I asked about 100 rupees increment so they told me that this is for addon internet data

So i request them to deactivate it

The said from next month it will not included in your bill plan

Now im getting 100 rupees extra every month

This mean they didnt deactivate it

This is indirectly thug me

The cheated

Im trying to talk with customer care

But my call is not connecting to the customer care while trying connecting for a week
