I visited the airtel store at Kipps market, Ludhiana on 11th July and they refused to help me saying that my number is not under Punjab circle, and told me to visit Delhi to get the number converted, I tried explaining that in this ongoing covid-19 situation I cannot visit Delhi, and they simply refused to help. The airtel customer care also refused to help.
This is a terrible company with zero value for its customers.
