Dear Team,
I’ve given a request in your roshan road, sector 13, hisar office to change my postpaid no (9019681580) to prepaid no about 4 months back. After that I went to check but they didn’t process request and asked me to pay the bill and submit a fresh request with another set of documents. This is repeated twice for 2 months continously. But still no is not changed and now they are asking again for another set of docs to process the request. The behavior of lady staff was too rude.
Kjndly check it and revert it on priority as I’m not going to tolerate it this time.
