I have taken family plan for 999 befor two months and now I have to convert those plan sims to prepaid and I have walked towards store regarding this and They are asking me to pay extra two.months bill on order complete my request and I called to customer care and they are helpless for me. I dont know where to whom and how to reach.They are talking bery rudely and not giving any assistance to the customers.Completely dissatisfied with the service.
