Prepaid 8898844688 no got 2 days ago was of different name and I purchased no from that person,the only reason to change it in postpaid was to get my name registration but here the store ppl without informing transfered it from prepaid to postpaid as doing paperless,they asked me for my I’d proof,today when I went to store complaining that data is not working properly now they saying we will replace the sim with new sim as they started postpaid in the same sim which I bought
Till today I was thinking sim is of my name ,when I went to store for complaining now I am aware that they didn’t change the name
So it doesn’t make any sense for me to come from postpaid to prepaid from same operator paying extra cost
This is very wrong doing going on in stores in this time now we have to again and again go there and chat with them,not even giving any contact no so that we can reach them over phone
So hereby I say please take a serious action on airtel store,opp Gymkhana,gandhidham 370201

How can they give me sim without changing the name of the person,just to achieve their days target this kind of harm is going on which can be a big problem
So please tell me now what to do as today they say let one month over we will change the name and give a new sim,why should cstmer wait till that time paying extra cost of postpaid,for me it didn’t made any sense to come from prepaid to postpaid as prepaid was already of airtel
