I want to convert my postpaid connection to prepaid as network speed is is too slow for postpaid.
For the same I have called airtel customer care they assured that if I paid my outstanding bill then my connection can be converted to prepaid.
As customer care representative advised, I have cleared my postpaid bill and called again, customer care representative informed the request for converting has been initiated and I need to submit few documents in airtel store.
But when I have called my nearest Airtel store and informed storeman about my request ,he behaved very rude and not willing to help me.He denied to serve my request and told me that postpaid to prepaid not possible.
This is not first time facing this issue, earlier faced same problem with my fathers connections.
This is very ridiculous that there is no flexibility to get services as per request.
In that case one should leave airtel netwwork and port the number to other network.
I want to convert prepaid connection, so please take necessary steps and provide me the neatest airtel store address where my request will be processed
