Hi Team,

I had wanted to port my number from Vodafone to Airtel Postpaid. Hence I raised a request through the website on June 26. I received a message stating that Keshavan M (9964922327) will deliver my sim. Post that on June 27 I received another message that Sandhya (7619695731) will deliver my sim. From then everyday I have been recieveing calls and messages that Sandhya and Keshavan will deliver my Sim. I got call a couple of time stating somebody would come to my place but nobody turned up. Today 03rd July 2019 I got a message stating that I had cancelled the request for the Postpaid Sim wherein I havent raised any request for cancellation. If at the very beginning your service is so bad what would happen post porting of services? I would need an immediate action for the same.
