Text of Complaint by Rashi Mathur:

I went to Airtel store in Mira Road, Mumbai for conversion of my corporate number to individual. They did not process the request till the time I raised a tweet about their inefficiency. The request was finally logged on 10th June and a TAT was given for 7 days. I continued to wait but did not receive any resolutions. I kept on tweeting and the only response they gave is sorry for the inconvenience. Today, 27th June, my number has finally got disconnected and there is no one still who is bothered to check.

I need my number reactivated as soon as possible as this is my primary number for all correspondence. I also need to be compensated for the mental trauma that I have gone through.

I will take this up to a higher level, if this is not actioned at the earliest.
