My SIM got damaged and I opt for postpaid conversion with name change. I contacted Airtel retail store on 2nd of December. They take a week time to check the availability of number and handed over my SIM on 9th of December and incoming SMS is activated on the same day. They charged Rs 330 for activation
Till now I am not able to send SMS, make or receive phone calls and internet connection is not available.
I am following up with them daily and they are saying some technical issues are there. Since its my primary number, it affects my day to day activity
I need a solution for this ASAP
