I’m one of the oldest post paid customer of Airtel..on the 1st of August 2020 I went to your dealer to get my post paid connection to prepaid after paying my bill on the 30th July, I was asked to pay an amount of 499..when my plan is 299..I asked for details of the bill..and was informed that bill cannot be generated..this is disgusting..I need an explanation
