I raised request for technician visit on Sunday I spoke to customer care he told it will be done In a day next day when I call they are telling visit planned on Wednesday and rescheduled to Monday afternoon on request later Monday even when I call they are telling it was planned for Tuesday evening and on request they will move to Tuesday morning everything is alive of they don’t have technician they can tell truth every time I call they are telling earlier care personnel requested different slots don’t know whom to belive and there is no proper communication on the matter as whole day I am waiting at home waiting for technician call it is very frustrating that jio takes customers time for granted
