Hello. Stanza Living’s Reynosa House Property in Hinjewadi Phase 1, Pune assured me that the contract was for 3 months with the promised rent of Rs 19000. However, upon receiving the contract, I was told I had to stay for 6 months despite them earlier offering me Rs 16000 as rent for 6 months. However, the contract is forged as on their website the stipulated period shows as 3-6 months so anybody could think that 3 months would be the lock in period and a person can extend till 6 months. This is a sheer case of cheating.
